Refund policy
At Glosskn, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return, refund and cancellation terms below.
Return Policy:
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact
- Personal care or hygiene products are non-returnable for safety reasons
- Items marked as final sale are non-returnable
- Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use are not eligible for return.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned item(s)
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- In case of a canceled prepaid order, a full refund is processed if canceled before dispatch.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it is dispatched.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.
- To cancel your order, email us at hello@glosskn.com with your Order ID.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
